Many enterprises surely know the daily meetings in which the occurrences of the day before shall be discussed but these meetings end in discussions and at problems or deviation of the key data in mutual reproaches among the participants.
At many clients of HCS GmbH there were such unstructured meetings, which did not find any solutions or measures for current problems and key data these had differed, were accepted. The key data of the day before were if available attached and hardly taken into account to the Shopfloorboard.
Some time ago HCS GmbH has therefore made up its mind, meetings which are not structures till now and outcome-oriented this one has carried out HCS GmbH to a digital Shopfloor by means of classic Shopfloorboard to modify management system.
HCS GmbH developed a management board which fast and openly represents the numbers and occurrences. Meeting supported to the KPI to from the classic meeting by means of structured tool.
The integrated measure plans, the 5 Why – solution cards and the reasons appearing at deviations per KPI, be pursued daily and worked off structuredly.
